Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to support branch operations with accurate order entry, data verification, and timely processing of customer orders. You will coordinate with customer service, project managers, and other locations to ensure orders meet customer expectations.

The role requires 1–2 years of data entry experience, manufacturing exposure preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of data entry/order entry experience and High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Related manufacturing or glass and aluminum industry experience highly preferred.
• Must be efficient, accurate, and organized.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in proofreading entered orders and ensures correct information before final confirmation.

• Attends regular customer service meetings and trainings.
• Supports continuous improvement programs and product training.
• Performs other duties and provides back-up support as assigned.
• Coordinates with project managers and customer service representatives.
• Operates with independence and makes decisions with minimal direction.
• Updates quote status in ERP for visibility and consistency in Sales CRM.
• Adheres to departmental KPIs.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external teams.
• Maintains Kwik Tag program to ensure documents are scanned and linked.

Who You Are

A order/data entry clerk who is proactive, thorough, trustworthy and accountable with a high standard for excellence. You have excellent prior data entry and parts entry experience. Provides order/data entry support to the organization of orders received by telephone, fax, or central workflow systems. Obtain, analyze, verify the accuracy, and input order data in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action on orders as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provides order/data entry for the branch operations.
• Processes and verifies the input accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal central workflow systems and customer purchase orders.
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for new and change requests and communicates changes to the appropriate teams.
• Assists in proofreading entered orders and ensures that the correct information is being applied prior to final confirmation.
• Collaborates with the customer service team to make sure that the requested order(s) meet the customer's expectations.
• Works with the organization's other branch/regional locations to resolve problems, facilitates solutions and enhance the customer service offerings.
• Attends regular customer service departmental meetings and trainings.
• Support/participate in the organization's continuous improvement program and product training courses.
• Perform other related duties and provide back-up support to other group functions as assigned by management.
• Works in conjunction with project managers/coordinators and customer service representative.
• Able to work independently and makes decisions with little department direction.
• Modify quote status once order has been placed in ERP system to ensure visibility and uniformity in Sales CRM.
