Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Wilsonville, Oregon is hiring an Order Builder to join the warehouse team. You will assemble orders, build loads on pallets, and ensure timely, accurate delivery readiness for stores, using pallet jacks and other equipment.

This role works a 6:30pm–3:00am schedule with overtime potential and occasional weekends. Competitive hourly pay of $22.75 with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
• Pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire.
• Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery loads onto pallets to fill customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse with safety standards.
• Use voice-picking software and powered equipment as needed.
• Stage pallets in designated shipping areas and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects.

Schedule: 6:30pm - 3:00am Mon - Fri with occasional mandatory overtime up to 13.5 hours per day and occasional weekends.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
