Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an Order Builder to support Spokane Valley warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will assemble loads, verify orders, and help stock shelves with our beverage brands while following safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Operate voice-picking software to build orders by pulling quantities onto pallets.
• Build accurate orders and secure them for transport.
• Stage pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Schedule: 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Pay: $19.39-$24.24

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
