Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring an Order Builder in Ogden, UT. You will assemble delivery loads, pull inventory, and ensure accurate orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks or forklifts, stocking picking areas, and performing routine equipment checks. This position is hourly with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using a pallet jack (manual or powered) is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate voice-picking software and powered industrial equipment.
• Ensure orders are accurate and secure for transport.
• Stage pallets in designated shipping areas.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
