Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an Order Builder to join our Warehouse team in Idaho. You will build delivery loads on pallets, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely preparation for shipment.

The role utilizes voice-picking software and powered equipment in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts is beneficial. Swing shift begins at 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within one month after hire.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Schedule: Swing Shift beginning at 3:00pm Mon - Fri

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
