Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Glendale, AZ is hiring for an Order Builder on the night shift to help ensure customers receive accurate orders and keep stores fully stocked with our beverages.

You will work with voice-picking software and powered equipment, build pallets, and stage shipments while following safety standards. Requires HS diploma and ability to lift 50 lb; pay is $21 per hour on a 4x10 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack (manual or powered) and forklift preferred.
• Must be able to obtain pallet jack certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Build and stage orders for delivery with accuracy and speed.
• Utilize voice-picking software and operate pallet jacks/forklifts as needed.
• Ensure loads are secure for transport and properly documented.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night Shift (Four 10 hour shifts/week)

Pay: $21/hr

Job Level: 1

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
