Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an Order Builder to assemble delivery loads and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks, use voice-picking software, and maintain safe practices while stacking pallets for shipment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and warehouse experience; ability to lift 50 lbs; weekend availability may be required. Base pay starts around $20.53–$24.15/hr with bonus potential.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team,you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Job Details:
Schedule: Nights. Shift starts at 4:30pm Mon - Fri
Pay: $22.75/HR

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $20.53 to $24.15 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
