Compass Group USA is hiring for an Order Builder in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Saturday schedule and Sundays off. The role involves pulling, picking, and stacking orders in a temperature-controlled environment, with training provided and potential for growth into management.

• We are hiring immediately for full time ORDER BUILDER positions.


• Location: Freash & Ready FG NC - 10015 John Price Road, Charlotte, NC 28273. Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off and one day during the week. Further details upon interview.


• Requirement: Previous packing experience in a cold environment preferred.


• Fixed Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour.
  *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Please note that employees in this role will work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods of time.
