Compass Group USA is hiring for an Order Builder in Renton, WA. This full-time position runs 2:00 pm–10:00 pm in a temperature-controlled setting, with duties including pulling, picking, stacking, and loading boxes for shipments.

Experience in order preparation is preferred. You will lift up to 50 lbs daily and benefit from a comprehensive assortment of company benefits and employee programs.

• We are hiring immediately for full time ORDER BUILDER positions.


• Location: Fresh & Ready FG WA - 701 Monter Road Southwest, Renton, WA 98057. Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time schedule. Days may vary, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Further details upon interview.


• Requirement: Previous experience preparing containers or boxes for shipments, fulfilling orders, and loading boxes preferred.


• Fixed Pay Rate: $21.57 per hour.
  *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Please note that employees in this role will work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods of time.
