Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for an Order Builder/Forklift Driver (Day Shift) at our Carrollton, TX location. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, and requires prior stand-up forklift (reach truck) driving experience.

You will pull, pick and stack and lift up to 50 lbs daily to support our meals service. We offer competitive pay, with a pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, and benefits for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up forklift (reach truck) driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pick fast & pick easy – our smart technology knows exactly how much you need to grab so you will too.
• Trash what’s damaged – if it’s popped, beaten, or uneatable, you’ll be the one to toss it.
• Skip the gym – you’ll be regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. per day.
