Compass Group USA is hiring for an Order Builder (Night Shift) in Carrollton, TX. This full-time role supports our warehouse operations with picking, packing, and stocking responsibilities. Shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour and benefits typical to full-time associates. Prior picking/packing experience is preferred to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Previous picking, packing, and other warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick fast & pick easy - our smart technology knows exactly how much you need to grab so you will too.
• Trash what's damaged - if it's popped, beaten, or uneatable, you'll be the one to toss it.
• Skip the gym - you'll be regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. per day.
