Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Warehouse/Order Builder to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, build loads for delivery, and maintain equipment safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with prior warehouse experience; pallet jack or forklift familiarity is preferred. The job includes weekend/holiday work and the possibility of certification within one month after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallets.
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Complete training requirements.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Schedule: 2nd Shift 11:00am - 8:00pm Mon - Fri

Pay: $20.50/HR

Base pay range is $20.50 per hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
