Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hiring an Order Builder in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will prepare customer orders for delivery, build and stage them from pick tickets, and work with a team to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and comfort operating pallet jacks or hand trucks while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and stage orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Move product with manual or powered equipment and ensure proper rotation.
• Maintain date code accuracy and quality standards.
• Meet productivity requirements and support warehouse operations.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to assist team efficiency.

Job Description

The Order Builder is responsible for preparing customer orders for delivery. In this role, the Order Builder will work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team of dedicated individuals to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

• Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
• Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations
• Adhere procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
• Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of the warehouse

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 months of general work experience required
• Prior warehouse experience required
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
