Job summary

Chesterman Co. Coca Cola is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Mitchell facility to support loading and order preparation. You will pull orders, stage pallets, and move product safely using pallet jacks while following GMP and safety standards.

The role requires a High-School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of general work experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds in a hot, humid warehouse environment. English reading/writing is essential for clear communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write English to communicate with supervisor and co-workers and to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Operate manual or powered pallet jack to move products.
• Stage completed pallets in designated area; ensure date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Adhere to GMP and safety standards and meet productivity requirements.
• Be able to adapt to changing tasks and longer shifts as needed.
