Job summary

Chesterman Co. Coca-Cola is seeking a full-time warehouse associate in Lincoln, NE to build loads safely and efficiently. The role involves order-picking, staging, and preparing shipments for truck loading.

Qualifications include a High-School Diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and forklift certification. Prior forklift experience is preferred; strong communication and dexterity are essential. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays, 5:00am-1:30pm.

Position Summary

To be able to build loads in an orderly, safe, and time-efficient manner.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Wait on customers picking up products from the warehouse


• Replenish product in staging areas


• Organize product so trucks can be loaded efficiently


• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Education/Experience

• High-School Diploma/GED


• Must be 18 years of age


• Previous Forklift experience is preferred

• Ability to operate a forklift


• Ability to obtain Chesterman Co. forklift certification

• Must have a current or prior forklift certification within the last 2 years

Work Environment

Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. May work extended days and hours to complete loading.

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting


• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus


• Ability to push/pull <75 lbs
