Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Sandston, VA is seeking an Order Checker to ensure the accuracy of customer orders leaving the warehouse. You will inspect orders, verify product type and quantity, and document any discrepancies for correction before loading for delivery.

You will also review return route trucks, perform counts, and update the Load Bay diagrams and reports. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months experience expected or required.
• PIT Certification and Pallet Jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify order accuracy by inspecting pallets and reviewing pick tickets for correct product type and quantity.
• Inspect returning trucks and perform blind counts, communicating issues to drivers.
• Document discrepancies on reports and provide updates to relevant personnel.
• Account for returned product and deposits, classifying items (outdated, damaged, good).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; assist with pallet building as needed.
