Job summary

The Coca-Cola Consolidated location in Lockbourne is seeking a Checker to ensure the accuracy of customer orders before delivery. You will inspect pallets, review tickets, and verify counts on route trucks, documenting any discrepancies and making corrections prior to final check-in.

Responsibilities include communicating with warehouse teammates, maintaining proper records, and supporting pallet building as needed in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify order accuracy by inspecting pallets and reviewing Pick Tickets.
• Inspect returning route delivery trucks and perform blind counts.
• Document discrepancies on the correct reports and communicate with relevant personnel.
• Account for all returned products and depot items on route trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and warehouse; perform pallet building as needed.
