Roles and Responsibilities:
Exp. Bulk hiring-BFSI, Insurance, eCom.

Competent professional with over 1 – 6 years of rich experience in Bulk hiring and Recruitment for BFSI- Banking, insurance, bancassurance, investment sectors, eCommerce, etc.

Strong expertise in various Job portals.

Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.

Ability to meet daily targets.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as it is our clients’ requirement.

End to end recruitment proficiency. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.

Should be an excellent team player and quick learner.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).

Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with all job portals.

Permanent Work from home (Full Time / Remote working) (No Dual Employment allowed).

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Working days: Monday to Saturday; (2nd and 4th Saturday off).

Salary range: INR 1,00,000.00 to 2,50,000.00 only. Final salary depends on your interview performance.
