Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring Recruiter for BFSI Work from home

1. Must have experience in client handling as well as should have handled a Team prior.
2. Should be able to understand the demands shared by Financial as well as Investment Banking clients.
3. Someone who has previously worked on Requirements like AML / KYC / O2C / P2P / R2R.
4. Should be from a Commerce Background and should be aware of Terms such as Capital Markets & Derivatives.
5. Prior Experience in Handling Investment Banking clients or any Financial Big Ticket Accounts will be an added advantage.
6. Should be able to mentor a Team of 8 – 10 Recruiters and should be able to take end to end responsibility.
7. Should be able to maintain daily Tracker and coordinate with the clients on a daily basis.
8. Must have own laptop or a desktop with a wifi connection.

Full Time Work from home opportunity with complete day shift.
