Roles and Responsibilities

Position: BPO non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 1-6 years

Work Type: Work from Home (Female candidates only)

Job Role:
Must have experience in BFSI/ Non IT/ IT Recruitment.

1. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
2. Must have excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods.
3. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
4. Must have excellent communication skills in English.
5. Create and publish non-technical job ads on various portals.
6. Good understanding of different shifts used in BPO hiring and comfortable working on targets.
7. Good attitude with a flexible and out-of-the-box approach.
8. Test coordination and sending test links.
9. Salary negotiation and conducting HR round of interviews.

Mandatory Skills: Working on recruitment tools and software.

Skills/Experience:

1. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
2. Excellent team player.
3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
4. Strong sourcing skills.

Location: Anywhere in India.

Work Type: Full Time / Remote (No Dual Employment allowed)

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off.

Salary: 10k to 17k per month (Gross) (+Mobile Bill, +Incentives). The exact salary will be offered after the interview.
