Roles and Responsibilities

Competent professional with over 3-6 years of rich experience in Recruitment for BFSI - Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Investment sectors.

1. Strong expertise in various job portals.
2. Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
3. Ability to meet daily targets.
4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
5. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
6. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
2. Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as it is our clients’ requirement.
3. Should be an excellent team player.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
5. Strong sourcing skills.
