Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
• Support experienced welders as needed.

Overview:

Intermediate-level position for individuals with hands-on machine operation experience, limited welding background, or recent formal training in welding.

Key Traits & Requirements:

• Operator experience in machining or welding equipment
• Some hands-on welding experience or recent welding school graduate
• Basic understanding of weld quality and inspection standards
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with moderate supervision
• Committed to continuous improvement and skill development
• Must be able to become qualified in accordance with the requirements of Section IX of the ASME Boiler andPressure Vessel Code for Automatic Welding

Typical Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

Pay Range: $23-25 / hour
