Job summary

CEO Life Corp in Orange County, CA seeks a Chapter President to build an exclusive executive community. You will personally enroll CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders and mentor four Chapter Directors to close 3–10+ executive members per month.

This entrepreneurial role offers uncapped commissions and income tied to chapter growth and partnerships. You will manage a 5-person leadership pod, execute signature events, and cultivate strategic sponsorships to advance CEO Life’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with experience selling to CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire a high-performance team.
• Deep connections in the local executive community and significant deal-closing capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, prospecting and closing at the executive level.
• Coach four Chapter Directors to close 3–10+ executive members per month.
• Organize monthly signature events and develop strategic sponsorships.
• Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to grow revenue and footprint.
• Foster a premier member experience and maintain an active, healthy pipeline in the CRM.
