Paradigm Oral Surgery in Omaha and Council Bluffs seeks an Oral Surgeon Surgical Assistant to support surgeons during procedures, maintain sterile environments, and perform preoperative tasks.

You will obtain vital radiographs, document patient care, monitor status, and discuss cases with the surgical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, embraces fast-paced settings, and prioritizes patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification or able to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Strong teamwork, independent work capability, good judgment and critical thinking.
• Attention to safety, detail, vigilance and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Aids surgeons with precision during procedures and documents patient care.
• Performs preoperative tasks and maintains sterile environments.
