Job summary

Paradigm Oral Surgery in Westfield, NJ is seeking a Surgical Assistant to support in-office procedures and patient care. You will assist surgeons during operations, document care, perform preoperative tasks, maintain sterile environments, and help ensure smooth, safe experiences for patients.

You will obtain radiographs, monitor patient status, and participate in discussions with the surgical team while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.
