Job summary

Allied OMS in California seeks a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a busy specialty office serving Napa and Sonoma locations.

Responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures, sterilization, vitals, and patient recovery, with lab work and 3D printing tasks. Requirements: current RDA license, CA X-ray permit, BLS, and 1 year of dental assisting. 40 hours/week; $28.00–$35.00/hour.

Qualifications

• RDA license current and active.
• California X-ray Permit current.
• BLS certification current.
• Attention to detail and reliability required.
• Punctual and professional demeanor a must.
• Friendly, patient-focused personality.
• Able to commute to Napa and Sonoma locations.
• Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures (local and IV sedation).
• Sterilize and set up trays and rooms.
• Take and monitor vital signs; assist patient recovery.
• Know emergency protocols in dental care.
• Assist in consultations and post-ops.
• Engage in lab work and 3D printing tasks.
• Restock supplies and organize treatment rooms.
• Support other staff as needed.
