We are seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established, well-supported specialty practice in Bryant, Arkansas, part of the growing Central Arkansas market near Little Rock.
This opportunity is backed by a provider-led, multi-specialty dental organization with more than 100 affiliated practices across the South and Southeast. The organization supports general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery while maintaining a strong emphasis on clinical autonomy. Doctors determine the appropriate treatment for their patients without mandated daily production numbers.
The organization provides centralized business and administrative infrastructure, including billing and collections, HR, marketing, accounting, finance, IT, facilities, and other operational support, allowing providers to spend more of their time focused on patient care.
This opportunity is designed to offer both strong immediate earning potential and long-term career upside.
Bryant offers an attractive combination of suburban living, affordability, and convenient access to Little Rock. Located just outside the state capital, Bryant has grown into one of Central Arkansas's established suburban communities while retaining a smaller-town atmosphere. The city describes itself as a family-friendly community known for its schools, neighborhoods, parks, trails, and community activities.
With a population of roughly 21,000, Bryant provides the conveniences of a growing community without the congestion of a major metropolitan area. The city maintains hundreds of acres of parks and recreational space, multiple athletic facilities, pools, playgrounds, and approximately seven miles of trails.
For someone relocating to Arkansas, Bryant provides the opportunity to live and work in a growing suburban community while remaining within easy reach of the Little Rock metropolitan area, giving providers access to the restaurants, entertainment, healthcare resources, airport access, and amenities of the state's largest metro while enjoying a more relaxed day-to-day environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Oral Surgeon who wants the earning potential and infrastructure of a large dental organization without giving up clinical independence. The platform was developed around a provider-led model and supports doctors with centralized operational resources so they can concentrate on delivering patient care.
For an experienced surgeon or a new graduate completing residency, the combination of an established practice, built-in support team, multi-specialty referral network, strong compensation potential, partnership opportunity, and desirable Central Arkansas location makes this a compelling long-term opportunity.
