An established, multi-location oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its growing team in Fayetteville, Arkansas . Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Established referral base with strong patient demand
• Modern surgical suites equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT imaging
• Fully supported by experienced RNs, Registered Dental Assistants, and a dedicated business operations team
• Focus on comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery, including:
  • Third molar and complex extractions
  • Dental implant placement
  • Bone grafting and ridge preservation
  • IV sedation and anesthesia
  • Facial trauma management
  • Dentoalveolar surgery
• Clinical autonomy with the support of an experienced regional network of specialists

• $2,500 daily guarantee during the initial guarantee period (or a higher percentage of collections, whichever is greater)
