Qualifications

• Oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant certification is required.
• Radiography certification is required.
• At least six months of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of surgical equipment, instruments and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist oral maxillofacial surgeons during procedures and chairside support.
• Prepare patient charts, treatment plans and dental records.
• Operate X-ray and 3D scanning equipment for diagnostics.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Prepare and monitor operatory setup and anesthesia administration.
• Assist with patient preparation and post-operative care.
