NorthShore Center for Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a team-driven clinical support role to enhance patient flow and safety. The team assists the Oral Surgeon during procedures, prepares operatory rooms, and maintains sterility and documentation for each patient.

Responsibilities include room setup, patient intake support, instrument restocking, and CPR certification maintenance. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and commitment to excellent patient experiences within a high-tech

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for all operative procedures.
• Turn over room in efficient manner.
• Seat patients and assist with intake and documentation, including medical history and consent forms.
• Stock/restock room with instruments prior to each procedure.
• After each patient, sterilize operatory and instrumentation according to OSHA / CDC standards.
• Be aware of schedule changes, and other procedures progress in order to prioritize actions.
• Utilize office equipment by taking and scanning films
• Assist Oral Surgeon during treatment procedures.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
