Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 1 month of hire.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for safety and exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and care.
• Document patient care and maintain sterile environments.
• Handle preoperative tasks and radiographs as needed.
• Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to changes.
• Operate advanced surgical equipment with finesse.
• Draft detailed patient narratives and charts.
