Job summary

Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery is seeking a skilled Oral Surgery Assistant to join our fast-paced team. You will support surgeons chairside, prepare patients, and ensure rooms are clean and fully stocked for each procedure.

Responsibilities include radiography and imaging as needed, accurate clinical documentation, and collaboration with surgical staff to maintain smooth patient flow. CPR and RDA certification required, DAANCE preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• RDA certification is required.
• DAANCE certification preferred.
• Dental implants knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chairside surgical support during oral surgery procedures with proper instrument and supply readiness.
• Prepare patients clinically, document information, and review pre/post-operative instructions.
• Set up and break down operatories to maintain efficiency and cleanliness.
• Maintain infection control through sterilization of instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist with radiographs and imaging as needed and within certification requirements.
• Accurately document patient and procedure data in the chart.
