Northern Texas Facial & Oral Surgery in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a skilled Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team. You will assist surgeons, manage instrument prep, sterilization, radiography, patient care, and clinical documentation in a fast-paced surgical setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-oriented, and adaptable, with certifications and a commitment to high standards of patient care. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Aufgaben

• Assist surgeons during oral surgery procedures with instruments and setup.
• Prepare patients for procedures and review instructions.
• Set up and break down operatories for each patient.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control per OSHA standards.
• Obtain radiographs and assist with CBCT imaging.
• Document patient and procedure information in the clinical record.
• Maintain accurate implant inventory and tracking.
• Support inventory and supply management across rooms.
• Coordinate with front-office and clinical teams to optimize patient flow.
• Support additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed.
