Job summary

River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center is seeking a motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. This fast-paced clinic emphasizes excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have CPR certification, a dental assisting degree, and experience in oral surgery or dental assisting. We offer competitive pay, holidays, generous PTO, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and 401(k) eligibility after one year.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Dental Assisting Degree required.
• Oral surgery or dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist oral surgeons during oral and facial procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatment and review medical histories.
• Monitor and recover patients following IV sedation.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and surgical instruments.
• Take CBCT and Panorex images.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control standards.
