Oral Surgeon - Seeking Partner in Non-DSO practice

Overview

Rapidly growing single-doc OMS practice seeking a surgeon to help expand this non-corporate / non-DSO practice. This traditional practice aims for future partnership and values quality over quantity, with a focus on education and community training. The office is PACE AGD CE approved and seeking AAAHC accreditation.

Responsibilities & Preferences
  • Comfort with orthognathic surgery to meet community demands for corrective jaw procedures.
  • Experience in full arch / immediate load cases using the latest workflows; mentorship opportunities available (Icam, Trios, etc.).
  • Board certification preferred, but board-eligible candidates are welcome.
Practice Environment & Benefits
  • New, 15-month-old office equipped with modern technology including Bien Air handpieces, nitrous in all rooms, Romexis, Codiagnostix, and upcoming exocad and milling facilities.
  • No call or weekend work; flexible schedule (3-5 days/week) based on preference.
  • Support staff includes experienced surgical assistants, RNs, CRNAs for sedation, and pediatric CRNA for children under 8.
  • Competitive pay, negotiable, aligned with ethical practice goals of elevating oral surgery standards in East TN.
