Baystate Dental of Harrison is seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to deliver specialized oral and maxillofacial surgery in a patient-centered Springfield practice.

The role supports full clinical autonomy with a strong referral network, modern facilities, and comprehensive benefits. Full-time is preferred, with part-time considered, offering a flexible schedule and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school is required.
• Specialty certificate/residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) required.
• Active dental license to practice in the state of Massachusetts or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care and diagnoses.
• Perform implants, third molar removal, and related procedures.
• Develop and present treatment plans based on exams and imaging.
• Educate patients on procedures, options, and post-op care.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and in-office teams.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and surgical care.
