Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in dentistry/surgery.
• Active Wisconsin Dental License and DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope dental/surgical procedures including implants and extractions.
• Maintain clinical notes within 48 hours to support billing workflows.
• Foster relationships with patients, staff and referring doctors.
• Optional hospital privileges management for complex cases.
