Job summary

Empire Dental Specialty Group in Beavercreek (Dayton), Ohio, seeks a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier multi-specialty practice. You will lead comprehensive OMFS care, with clinical autonomy in a private practice setting and extensive administrative support to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a technology-driven

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in OMFS.
• Active Ohio dental license or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for OMFS cases.
• Perform full scope OMFS procedures based on expertise.
• Present treatment options and educate patients on risks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists to coordinate care.
• Refer patients to other specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain a sterile, patient-centered surgical environment.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA/ADA and state board regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
