Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Ohio dental license active or ability to obtain.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care.
• Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on your clinical expertise.
• Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
