Job summary
Gentle Dental in Keizer, Oregon seeks a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice. You’ll join an established referral network with strong patient demand, modern technology, and dedicated clinical support to build a busy schedule.
Option to add days at other Gentle Dental locations to expand your patient base and earnings. Earn between $300,000–$500,000+ annually with guaranteed salary or production-based compensation, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and flexible
Qualifications
- Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- DEA registration and NPI or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in Keizer, Oregon.
- Grow beyond Keizer with opportunities at additional Gentle Dental locations.
- Deliver surgical services with clinical autonomy and a patient-first approach.
