The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric ambulatory surgery center in Milwaukee, WI to recruit a PRN Oral Surgeon to join its affiliated professional care team. This role focuses on pediatric patients under general anesthesia within a collaborative ASC environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification; PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment.
• Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patient experience.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members.

What You'll Do

• Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment
  


• Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patient experience
  


• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  


• Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members
  

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure
  


• Experience working with pediatric patients
  


• Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  


• National Board certification strongly preferred
  


• Ability to practice across various anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred
