Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a PRN Oral Surgeon to join its pediatric ambulatory surgery center in Fort Myers, FL. You will provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC setting, focusing on pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia, in collaboration with dentists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgical team members.

Florida licensure as an Oral Surgeon is required, with experience with pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Oral Surgeon with state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to practice across anesthesia staffing models.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment.
• Work with the surgical team to ensure a safe patient experience.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, and Dental staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provideoral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment
  
• Workalongside the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patientexperience
  
• Treatapproximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
  
• Coordinatecare with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, RegisteredDental Assistants, and other surgical team members
  

What We’re Looking For

• LicensedOral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure
  
• Experienceworking with pediatric patients
  
• CurrentBLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification within 6 months ofhire
  
• NationalBoard certification strongly preferred
  
• Abilityto practice across various anesthesia staffing models, includingAnesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred
