Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a Part-Time Oral Surgeon to join our pediatric ASC team in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia, in a collaborative ASC setting.

Part-time schedule of 1-2 days per week with no call, weekends or holidays. The ideal candidate will hold a state dental license, NB certification preferred, and be comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed oral surgeon; state licensure required.
• Experience handling pediatric patients preferred.
• BLS certification required; NRP/AHA/equivalent acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment.
• Work with the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patient experience.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, dental assistants and other team members.

The organization specializes in restorative and exodontia dental procedures for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia, offering an opportunity to practice in a collaborative ASC environment focused on exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide oral surgical care in a fast-paced ASC environment
• Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a safe and positive patient experience
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
• Coordinate care with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Oral Surgeon with appropriate state licensure
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire
• National Board certification strongly preferred
• Ability to practice across various anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred
