2. Heavy implant practice- Fixed Arch, Wisdom Teeth, General Bread & Butter Oral Surgery
3. 10% on any fixed arch case
4. 37.5% on oral surgery
5. Office generates $300,000 per month
6. 4 day work week: 7:00-5:00
