You will perform extractions, implants, bone grafting, and pathology management while collaborating with general dentists and specialists. Partner with FaithTech’s IT team to leverage secure digital imaging, practice management systems, and teleconsult tools that enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and data

Qualifications

• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active state Dental License required.
• DEA registration required.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform extractions, implants, bone grafting, and other oral/maxillofacial procedures.
• Conduct consultations and treatment planning using digital imaging.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and education.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate care.
• Maintain infection control, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize FaithTech digital imaging and practice management tools.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical protocol improvements.
• Support training staff on surgical workflows and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform extractions, implants, bone grafting, and other oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Conduct consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning using digital imaging and practice management systems
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative patient care and education
• Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and specialists to coordinate care across supported practices
• Maintain rigorous standards for infection control, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Use technology tools implemented by FaithTech to support efficient, secure clinical workflows
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols
• Support training and guidance for staff on surgical workflows and patient safety best practices
