Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Reading, MA is seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our team and help redefine dental implant excellence. We deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours using cutting-edge technology, with a focus on premium patient experience and efficient surgical workflows.

Typical hours are Monday-Thursday starting at 7am, with 2+ consecutive days per week and a 1099 contractor arrangement. Strong emphasis on collaboration, training, and professional growth within a surgeon-led network.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
• Post-graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery.
• Unrestricted, active dental license in state of operation.
• DEA registration is required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
• Experience with All-on-X procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental implant surgery including extractions and alveolectomy as necessary.
• Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor on treatment planning.
• Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans for patients.
• Adhere to Center policies, safety guidelines, OSHA and MSDS.

Education/Experience/Licensures:

Duties:

• Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary
• Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning cases for optimal outcomes
• Examine, diagnose and provide treatment plans to patients in a comprehensive manner
• Work in accordance with Center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guideline

Success in this position is defined by delivering consistent, excellent clinical care and executing the proposed treatment plan. Communication between the Surgeon and Restorative Doctor is crucial for the success of our Centers.
