Job description

An established Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Lake Jackson, Texas is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its team.

This long-standing specialty practice has served Lake Jackson, Brazoria County, and the greater Brazosport community for decades, developing an excellent reputation among patients and referring dentists for surgical expertise, professionalism, and personalized care.

The practice is led by an experienced, board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who has practiced in the Lake Jackson community since the late 1990s. The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to work alongside an established surgeon, benefit from a mature referral network, and become an important part of the practice’s long-term future.

This opportunity is particularly attractive for an Oral Surgeon seeking clinical autonomy, an established patient and referral base, broad surgical scope, mentorship, and significant earning potential.

The practice is also supported by a national, doctor-focused specialty partnership organization that provides operational resources, recruiting and administrative support, continuing education, technology, and opportunities for long-term professional growth while allowing doctors to maintain their clinical autonomy and local practice identity.

The practice provides a comprehensive range of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery services, including:

  • Dental implant placement
  • Wisdom tooth removal
  • Surgical extractions
  • Pre-prosthetic surgery and preparation for dentures
  • Oral pathology
  • Corrective and orthognathic jaw surgery
  • Facial trauma and fracture treatment
  • Treatment of oral and facial lesions
  • IV sedation

The practice has particular depth in implant dentistry, with thousands of implants placed over the years. Its longevity in the community has also allowed it to develop strong, established relationships with general dentists and other referring providers throughout the region.

The incoming surgeon will benefit from an existing referral infrastructure rather than having to build a practice entirely from the ground up.

Practice Philosophy & Support

The practice has built its reputation around providing patients with an exceptional level of care, comfort, courtesy, and consideration.

Doctors are supported by an experienced and highly trained clinical and administrative team that understands the unique needs of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. The goal is to provide surgeons with the resources and support they need to concentrate on patient care while maintaining independence in clinical decision-making.

The practice combines the advantages of a well-established local specialty office with the resources and infrastructure of a larger specialty organization.
