Pine Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a licensed Oral Surgeon to join our team on a PRN basis in Culpeper, VA. This moonlighting role fits around your existing practice schedule and offers flexible days with meaningful case mix.

You will perform third molar and complex extractions in a well-supported setting with dedicated assistants, using DentaPro software and modern imaging. This opportunity includes company-paid malpractice insurance and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases.
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment.
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

• Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

Our oral surgery practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
