Compensation and Benefits
- Potential earnings of $500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year

Practice Details
- CRNA, Sedation, and Secure Airway provided for every case—no additional cost to you
- All fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples, ensuring a streamlined surgical experience
- We handle permanent next-day restorations with on-site restorative doctors
- Digital workflow for prosthetic passivity and titanium bar cross stabilization to enhance implant success
Work Schedule and Contract
- Part-time or full-time on a contract basis, with no non-compete or restrictive covenants
- Choose your schedule: 2 days a week or full-time
- Typical hours: Monday-Thursday starting at 7 am, with flexibility for 1-4 days per week
Training and Collaboration
- Hands-on training for complex cases provided by experienced professionals
- Collaborate with an internal network of surgeons for peer reviews and mentorship
Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited U.S. dental school (DDS/DMD)
- Post-graduate surgical certification in Oral Surgery
- Unrestricted Ohio dental license, DEA registration, CPR certification
- Experience with All-on-X procedures is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform dental implant surgeries, including extractions and alveolectomy
- Collaborate with restorative doctors for treatment planning
- Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
- Adhere to safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
