Required Experience:

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited postgraduate Oral Surgery program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
• Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.

Compensation Details:

Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation
Compensation Range Min: $220,000.00
Compensation Range Max: $500,000.00
